As my experience with Digiskills, it has just introduced the Digital Literacy Course for those who even did not know how to point a cursor on the computer screen. Those who are totally illiterate to computers but now want to learn what is a computer and its uses and how to use it to perform different actions.
In this course, Digikills trainer has covered all the essential parts of basic computer knowledge and trained the trainees to skilled them to use the computer in daily life.
This course covers basic knowledge like Computer Basics, Hardware, Input and output devices, introduction to the software, Internet, and Keyboard basics, using computers and Managing files (Print management), Word Processing (MS Office), and Mail management information security and more.
Trainer has included each and every point of Basic Computer knowledge even from pointing the cursor to how to manage the data and information and how to share them from one computer to another. They told even that how computer's different parts work like how data is stored and how it is modified and after how many steps of processing, it appears on the monitor. They have told the types and names of memory.
They also have taught Microsoft office which includes Basic knowledge and practice of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Powerpoint.
They have taught about Electronic mail service in Computer and how to manage Electronic mails.
